A Pool Service Technician at Elements Pool & Outdoor is responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools to ensure they remain clean, safe, and chemically balanced. This role requires hands-on work, problem-solving, and customer service skills to uphold the high standards of our company’s reputation.
Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
Test and balance water chemistry using appropriate chemicals.
Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
Diagnose and troubleshoot common pool issues, performing minor repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with the office about completed work.
Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on basic pool maintenance.
Follow safety and compliance guidelines, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
Drive and maintain a company vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
Ability to easily move in and out of truck, backyards and lifting up to 40lbs for short durations.
Assist with special projects or installations as required.
Starting wage: $15 per hour
Paid training provided
Flexible schedule available M-F, mornings, or afternoons.
As a small family business, we operate out of our home and yard. You will report daily to our home, where you may park your personal vehicle in our driveway.
